Menu and Toolbar

The following describes the functions available from the Menu Bar and Toolbar.

Note: You can switch the placement of the Menu Bar and Tool Bar by selecting either one and dragging it up/down.

Menu Bar

Menu	Functions
File	Export List to CSV file Sends a list of the search results to a comma delimited CSV file. Print Report Sends a list of the search results to the printer. Print Setup Opens the print setup dialogue box. Exit Closes the application.
Recover	Start Search Opens the search setup wizard for a new search Stop Search Stops the search that is in progress. Save Files Save the search results (only if the program has been activated). Save Files As Save files, but get prompted for a new file name for each file. Save to CD/DVD Save data directly to CD or DVD Options Opens the Options window
Help	Help Opens this help file. Show Hints Turns on text hints when you mouse over a button. Check for Updates Download latest program updates. Activate Product Enter the product activation key About Display the program "About Box", which includes program version number and other information.
